Threaded Rebar

Introduction:

Threaded Rebar, also referred to as mechanical threading rebar, threaded steel bar, or coupling-ready rebar, is a deformed steel bar with machined threads at one or both ends for use with mechanical couplers. These threads allow for high-strength, full-tension connections between rebars, replacing traditional lap splices. Commonly used in high-rise buildings, bridges, nuclear power plants, and seismic zones, threaded rebars improve construction efficiency and load continuity. Yoshine manufactures threaded rebars from HRB400 and HRB500 deformed bars in compliance with GB1499.2, BS4449, and ASTM A615. Thread profiles and thread lengths are customizable based on coupler specifications and project needs.
