Yoshine prepares fabricated rebar for export as part of our rebar supply orders. Packing and shipment arrangements are reviewed according to bar lengths, component dimensions, quantities and destination.
Tell us your packing, identification and delivery requirements when requesting a quotation. Freight scope, delivery terms and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement. This service is not offered as a standalone freight service.
-Export Packing for Fabricated Rebar
Clear identification helps your receiving team connect delivered reinforcement with the project drawings and bar bending schedule (BBS). Fabricated rebar can be bundled and labelled by bar mark, with additional information such as bar diameter, quantity and project reference included where agreed. Confirm your required label format before packing so the identification is consistent with your site records.
Packing arrangements can be reviewed for cut and bent rebar, stirrups and links, and prefabricated reinforcement components. Depending on the order, material may need to be grouped by structural element, work area or delivery batch. Agreeing these groups in advance helps your team plan material receiving, storage and distribution to the relevant construction area.
Special requirements for protective packing, bundle sizes, label durability or handling should be included in your enquiry. Packing for long reinforcing bars may differ from packing for compact stirrups or assembled rebar cages. The proposed packing method, identification details and any additional protection are confirmed as part of the agreed rebar supply order.

Bar Marks & Bundle Labels
Agree the project references, bar marks and other information required on rebar bundle labels so your receiving team can relate the material to the relevant drawings and BBS.
Export Packing Requirements
Specify any requirements for bundle sizes, protective packing, label durability or handling. Packing arrangements are reviewed for the product type and agreed shipment scope.
Loading Requirements
Confirm the longest bars, overall component dimensions and relevant bundle weights. These details inform loading arrangements and the review of transport options.
Shipment Sequencing
Identify reinforcement needed by work area, structural element or construction stage. Any phased shipment arrangement should be agreed before production and packing.
-Rebar Loading and Shipment Planning
Rebar shipment planning starts with the physical details of the order: bar lengths, bundle weights, component dimensions and total quantity. Long cut and bent bars and assembled reinforcement cages can have different loading requirements. These details are reviewed alongside the destination and proposed transport method to establish a practical shipment arrangement.
Where container shipping is proposed, the usable loading space, cargo weight and access for loading and unloading need to be considered together. Large prefabricated components may require a different supply format or an agreed sectional arrangement. Any change affecting reinforcement geometry, splice positions or connection details must be approved by the responsible project designer before production.
Tell us about restrictions at the receiving location, including vehicle access, available unloading equipment, storage space and any maximum bundle weight your team can handle. These requirements help define the packing and loading scope during the quotation stage. The transport method, shipment schedule and loading responsibilities are confirmed in the order agreement.
