Main Building: A new 15-story rehabilitation medicine building will be constructed (originally planned as 12 stories and later adjusted to 15), with a building height of 67.9 meters.
Functional Zones: It will mainly include a rehabilitation medicine area, a health management area, a regenerative medicine area, a functional examination area, and other functional sections.
Bed Increase: 306 additional beds will be provided, increasing the hospital’s total bed capacity from 900 to approximately 1,200 beds.
Supporting Facilities: A 5-story mechanical parking building with 3 basement levels will be built, together with a supporting community health service center (with a floor area of no less than 3,000 square meters).
Regulatory Planning Adjustment: The originally planned 0.19 hectares of administrative office land will be re-designated as medical land for supporting construction.
