Seismic braces serve

Introduction:

Seismic bracing is an earthquake-resistant support system primarily designed to withstand seismic forces, mainly used to support electromechanical pipeline equipment such as water pipes, air ducts, and cable trays, while providing seismic reinforcement.

According to GB50981-2014 Code for Seismic Design of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Buildings: Seismic bracing refers to earthquake-resistant support facilities securely connected to the building structure, composed of anchors, reinforced hangers, seismic connecting components, and diagonal braces. Its primary function is to effectively transfer seismic forces generated by equipment to the building structure, thereby achieving the purpose of seismic reinforcement.
